Posters will be displayed on Friday and Saturday, April 4 - 5 in the Crystal Ballroom Foyer of the Intercontinental Hotel in Dallas, TX.   Winning submissions will receive a recognition plaque and $250 award from the TSHP Research & Education Foundation and will be announced during the Installation Luncheon on Sunday, April 6.

Posters previously presented at other educational conferences, such as the ASHP Annual or Midyear Clinical Meeting are welcome; however they are not eligible for the award. Posters presented at the 2008 Alcalde Conference will be considered 'new' and eligible for award recognition, but must be submitted in accordance to Poster Competition requirements.  The abstract deadline for submission  is February 28, 2008. New submissions or edits to previous submissions will not be accepted after this date.  Additional information will be provided to accepted posters. Posters will be accepted by the Foundation beginning January 1, 2008.

Abstracts will be peer reviewed and TSHP will notify the primary author by e-mail no later than March 10, 2008 if the poster has been accepted for display at the seminar.  TSHP members will have priority over non-members, should the number of abstract submitted and approved exceed the display space capacity.  TSHP does not sponsor travel expenses associated with your participation in the poster session.  Poster presenter(s) must be registered for the Seminar at least on the set-up and presentation days.  Presenter(s) without a seminar badge will not be admitted.
